 OTF-1200X is split tube furnace which can accept processing tube from 1" to 4" diameter and heat up to 1200^oC. The temperature of OTF-1200X tubing furnace is controlled by high precision SCR power controller with accuracy +/-1 ^oC and 51 segments programmable digital controller.  It is ideal furnace to build up your own heating device, such as thermal oxidizing, diffusion, CVD and high vacuum reactor  Specifications:
